The female in question may have been Zemfira try to youtube that name with Rammstein and see if you find the song. Good luck!

Sorry for delay in replying, just come back from a long shift. Nope its not Engel, but from my description I can see where your coming from. Its a great song. I reckon metal/rock sounds best in german.
I will find this song, i wont give up.

The part the female sings is almost classical in a way.
