A Clarion Project investigation has discovered a jihadist enclave in Texas where a deadly shooting took place in 2002. Declassified FBI documents obtained by Clarion confirm the find and show the U.S. government’s concern about its links to terrorism. The investigation was completed with help from ACT! For America Houston.
The enclave belongs to the network of Muslims of the Americas, a radical group linked to a Pakistani militant group called Jamaat ul-Fuqra. Its members are devoted followers of Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, an extremist cleric in Pakistan.
Challenging Extremism / Promoting Dialogue
The Clarion Project (previously the "Clarion Fund") is a nonprofit organization led by U.S. neoconservatives and rightwing Israelis that produces alarmist films and publications aimed at hyping the threat of "Radical Islam."

And wasn't there that town out west that some Neo-Nazi tried to buy out and set up his own town of like minded people? I believe that he was shut down before he had the chance however.

There are "Muslim" enclaves all over the United States. Most of them set up in far out of the way places. I know some have been abandoned or moved as well. This is not the only group.

The Clarion Project – previously known as the Clarion Fund – is notorious for producing several wildly Islamophobic films including Obsession: Radical Islam’s War Against the West and The Third Jihad. It’s latest film, Iranium, argues for war against Iran.
Both AIC and the Clarion Project share many of the same anti-Muslim donors, including Sheldon Adelson, the Casino magnate who believes Palestinians are an “invented people,” and is the main bankroller of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as a massive donor to the US Republican Party.
Sheldon Adelson – The Money Man
First, let’s ask this question: Why would any Muslim or Muslim-group willingly take money or support from Adelson – the world’s 12th richest person, who famously said this? Or what about the time he referred to Palestinians as “an invented people?”
In fact, Sheldon Adelson is infamous for being the single-largest purchaser of influence in American politics– and he readily admits as much. It is a known fact that his key reason for donating eight-figures to Newt Gingrich was to influence the national conversation on Israel. So, when people come to defend beneficiaries of the casino magnate’s money as some sort of glorified bank transaction – they are being disingenuous. Sheldon Adelson’s money ALWAYS comes with a price.
Not only does the billionaire channel his immense assets in the area of promoting pro-Israel policy, he also channels it toward spreading anti-Muslim paranoia. This is done via his Clarion Fund – which has produced anti-Islam propaganda films such as “Obsession” – which was distributed widely in newspapers nationwide. The Clarion Fund made a follow up a few years later entitled “The Third Jihad,” an agitprop piece that outlines a scheme for a “cultural jihad” being waged on American soil using “Muslim Brotherhood front organizations.” We’ll talk about that film in just a bit – but let’s take a look at some of Adelson’s primary operatives for accomplishing his dirty work.
A 2006
Department of Justice report states
Jamaat ul-Fuqra “has more than 35
suspected communes and more than
3,000 members spread across the
United States, all in support of one
goal: the purification of Islam through
violence.” In 2005, the Department of
Homeland Security predicted the group
would continue to carry out attacks in the
U.S.
Obama’s Billion-Dollar Giveaway to the Muslim Brotherhood
...that last Thursday, only one day before the “devastating” sequester cuts were scheduled to kick in, newly appointed Secretary of State John Kerry announced that the Obama administration will be giving $60 million to a group of Syrian rebels fighting Bashsar Assad. This hypocrisy was quickly followed up with an announcement on Sunday by Kerry that the administration will be giving Egypt’s increasingly anti-democratic Muslim Brotherhood government $250 million in return for promises of economic reform — which will rise to $1 billion if that reform is deemed successful.
