I speak for wings and for birds
for leaves and pages, for roots and for soot on boots
for awakened days and for patient ways
I wait and sit, bit by bit she listens
I spoke for hope unfastened
for times long past and for presents unwrapped
for lifted veils and for windblown sails
I am all sand in a half filled glass
I write for songs and for flowers
for strength and for hours, for twins and for towers
for the return of the king and for freedom from rings
I've uncoupled the sun's function
I wrote for heliotropes reaching
for learning and for teaching
for speech impeded and for dreams succeeded
I'm all energy in her majesty's tapestry

Even though the word Valentine does not appear in the poem, I assure you, the sentiment is there. Thanks friends and best of luck to all!
