Time Zones

One of the things which has bugged me for years about ATS is not easily being able to work out what time a post was recorded on the site as it seems to default to another timezone from the one i'm in.

Most forums allow you to set the timezone so you can see when a post was entered at local time.

Am i missing this function somewhere or does it not exist?
