Who is going to launch all those nukes? Russia? The cold war is over. Massive nuclear attack is pretty much a scenario that has been ruled out. Thats probably why Mr. Putin is working on his new "Exclusive" nuclear weapons as we speak.

Unless those are all those suitcase bombs they 'lost'.

I agree. All out nuclear attack is very unlikely but it still is a possiblility.

By the way the suitcase nuks are a lot lower yeild than a regular nuk.
