I better post on topic: i made a low carb chocolate ganache this morning. At lunch, after it is set, i will pipe it into some fresh raspberries, and serve it with a bit of carb smart ice cream drizzled in blueberry reduction.

For supper, probably some home made garlic/gorgonzola dressing over a salad, and some grilled trout for the protein. And smoked Opa's sausage...we have that every night. Dunno...i may do a chili/lime crema for the trout, and convert it to the salad dressing. We'll see.

Today she gets flowers. Tomorrow we see a movie and I cook her dinner. Then on sunday, we go to the ren. fair...on her..LOL.

I thought you were going to tell me how to get rid of the 7 year itch. VD probably isn't the greatest abbreviation for Valentine's day but hey who am I to say.

Anyway, dinner and a movie with the wife and kids for me. How romantic

I had breakfast with my little Valentine



We went to Denny's. I don't know why but for some reason on holidays I like to go there for breakfast. I don't always want to cook my omelet

Then afterwards our apartment complex had a little get together in the club house to meet your neighbors. They had sweets and coffee for everyone. It was nice. We stopped by there for a little bit then came home.

My husband is overseas but he sent me some pearls It's an earring and necklace set. He knows I love pearls, they really are my favorite.

So that is my Valentines Day.

me too!!! (hubby passed away last year) my adult children bought me candy and flowers....mb your little one is adorable sounds lkike you had a nice day together!
