Condolences? Think again! Obama told the grieving father that he (Obama) would have done the same thing if it were his own family.

Fellow Americans, who in their right mind continues to support this demon they call Barrack via tax dollars anymore? It's literally like supporting Satan to rain down hell on earth at this point into its 2nd term and all.

I often speak against, and all-inclusively, about the "wrongs" of our government here in the U.S both abroad and domestically. I should be more careful. There are MANY (although the minority it seems) who understand the true and traditional meaning behind their oaths. Obama--nor Bush for that matter--have any inkling of what that means.

Heck, we had both soldiers AND privatized contractors who were willing to risk their lives and personal freedom to help those at Benghazi. I salute those that did.

Screw those who didn't. Shame on you Barry O. Thank you, Mr. Woods for raising a fine son.

It sounds like this father prob was very proud and telling all his friends about his son the soldier...who, by the way, was a soldier answering to the President of the United States, the Commander in Chief of all armed forces: ie-his boss.

It was all great as a proud father...until his son got killed. Did not the father... while Im sure boasted with pride sometimes at his son's call to duty...realize that he could pay the ultimate price? That could have been either right or worng, approved of or not. After all. The son was a SOLDIER. And thats what can happen when one joins the military.

So...here we have the son having been killed over right or wrong military decisions...and now that he's gone...we blame the Commander in Chief?

Sure, its Obama's fault. But soldiers follow orders and sometimes get killed over stupid decisions. But then they shouldnt have joined...but he did. And he was killed. And now...UNDERSTANDABLY...his parent is angry at the Prez.

Respectfully, I... like us all Im sure...am very greatful for his son's service to our country. But...soldiering is not a peaceful career usually...and sometimes...over stupid decisions...our kids get killed.

I just think it goes with being a soldier. **

**Please no explanations of how the Prez didnt do this or do that. Of course he didnt. I only think parents have to expect outcomes like this over stupid reasons when their children join the military. Otherwise? They shouldve talked their child out of joining.

A lot of parents just hope to see and expect their leaders to conduct things in a morally and ethically acceptable way. Because of Obama having nothing to do with moral and ethical practices is the main thing that gives good reason for that parent to blame Obama.. Hillary too..

So, it really is Obama's fault, but it is also partly the American people that voted him in without even trying to personally screen his past activities and his affiliations. Like his Mafia friends. Voters put him in there for selfish reasons and are now experiencing the outcome.

Obama could have easily prevented those deaths, but he didn't care in the slightest.. How many have been publicly thrown under a bus by him? He has thrown some of his own family under that bus..

I see it as a total self imposed naivety of America that this happened.. (of course I'm not in this group, I didn't vote for him)

Below post: Yep agreed. Going into the service has definite risk of life and limb. And almost every president recently have sent them to battle for questionable reasons.. It isn't as if the present one is different than them in that regard.. Maybe a bit more blatant and defiant however..

I agree with you, and thats why I wanted it made clear that Presidents have all along...made great and stupid decisions or lack of them throughout our history. Thats a given.

My only point is that when someone joins the military...you hope they come home when they are done with their service...but you have to accept the nature of the beast is that they may not...and there is no point crying over it...when they dont.

Absolutely. President Obama is the Commander in Chief of all military forces. When a solder take an oath ( a pledge in the case of the Marine corps) they do this with the understanding that they will lay down their life to carry out the orders of the Commander in Chief.

Whatever issues this man has they are meaningless and irrelevant. I might suggest that he visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall at the Capitol Mall-might give him some needed perception.

The only reason why Obama and Hillary are held responsible is because they were in charge when it happened. Who was really responsible for the lack of security was a woman named Charlene Lamb. She was in charge of security and denied many requests for additional security. And don't forget the GOP's role in this as well because they pushed for cuts in Embassy security. Funny how the GOP supporters never mention this.

Nobody put a gun to the guys head and made him go there, he was there earning the big bucks that the private security corporations pay. Therefore, he had only himself to blame. After all, if you are going to put yourself into a hostile place, then expect the risks that come with it and the chance you may not always come off best.

Anyone wanting to go to foreign lands and kill people, on the say so of some sharp suited politician, needs their head examined. There's nothing heroic about it. Nice way to place the blame on her but you never mention anything about the CIA's role in this. Ask yourself the question would this have happened if the CIA hadn't stage a take over of that country? Not to mention that consulate was a weapons drop. Place the blame where it really belongs.
