I have no idea of what a Meteorological tsunami is, i guess it's bad weather far away creating a freak wave, any way saw it on Liveleak found the Youtube version and thought why not post, maybe someone knows more about this cause a search didn't bring anything.

Sure looks like it ruined a lot of beach goers day
