"F*** the EU," Nuland says in what appeared to be a recent phone call with US ambassador to Kiev, Geoff Pyatt, which was somehow intercepted and uploaded onto YouTube accompanied by Russian captions.

The US state department was left fuming after the leak, pointing the finger at Russia for allegedly bugging the diplomats' phones.

Certainly we think this is a new low in Russian tradecraft," said spokeswoman Jen Psaki, who did not dispute the authenticity of the call.

That is the best part about this, IMO.

Truly laughable, pot calling kettle black!

What is bad, is that it also brings to light as to the US government dabbling and agitating the protests in the Ukraine!

This whole issue of the MSM making out as a big deal over the F bomb is a smokescreen to cover up why we are making visits there in the first place.....

I say good for Russia for bringing MORE corruption of our government to light!

It's quite interesting to follow this on the back and fort antics of tptb .In this corner we have Snoden with his Russian tag team mate In the other corner we have NSA and the Good Old USA as a tag team partner ....Now let the match begin and remember ,this has all been practiced ...Some feelings may have been bruised in this match but remember it's all for our enjoyment :>) I guess the diplomat's in this case were some of the audience that got a little carried away with the match ..

She's only saying what most of us in the UK think in regard to the EU.
As for the US state departments anger , in the words of Corporal Jones ... "They don't like it up 'em "

Well the same to her as well, the rude, obnoxious, psychopathic cow!

People who would even come out with something like that, in reference to an entire region of the planet, not just a nation, but an entire continent, ought not be allowed within five hundred meters of a job in diplomacy.

Jen Psaki is/was your classic political rising star. Probably got the 4.5 GPA, brilliant intellect, superb arrogance, outstanding brown-nose skills -- but no heart, empathy, wisdom, common sense, or street smarts. Like most politicians in a position of power, she's nothing more than a burden to humanity.

Zero sympathy for all the political hacks.

Heh. It looks like the NSA isn't the only ones with a PRISM like program that can intercept phone calls.

"I jump in it"

KGB 2 NSA 0.

Did anyone see the reporters grill home girl once again? If they jumped in her grits at the beginning of the Snowden Affair (yes, journalism is alive and well, contrary to what MSM lets on) then they tapped danced on her for this like Mr. Bojangles.

The funniest part of the Video is when she says " thats would be violating a private conversation" ...

Now there are questions about who released this audio and for what reasons, as it apparently was NOT on open mic.

Not exactly an open mic error.

Diplomats can expect a reasonable level of privacy in their communications.

However, diplomats should also assume that their every word is being recorded by someone along the line, especially when using an unencrypted phone.

I do not care whether she was being recorded or not. If she even THINKS this way, she should not be allowed to work in politics.

She is a one hundred percent hell cow.

Reading between the lines, it looks to me that the US State Dept is not really pissed that she said 'f*** the EU', but is concerned about what else has been overheard and possibly be leaked.

The US gov should be nervous, it doesn't even have the support of its citizens these days so it's on its own if it's exposed again of any wrongdoings.

I wouldn't be surprised if Russia was doing this to deliberately make the US sweat about what else might come out and prove to the world what we already know: that the US gov is a sneaky, underhanded, corrupt mob of criminals.

I'm rather intrigued as to what else the Russians have overheard.
