www.abovetopsecret.com... this old thread on the topic is very interesting as someone above mentioned. At first it seemed made up...but read through til the end and watch what videos you can....extremely interesting...never even knew of this before...highly impressed.

So basically is what Snowden has been coming forth with...much of what he has brought up...seems like its a continuation of promis to come extent. Very interesting.

Some things are better to be left alone. I think this was a matter of national security. Watch where you go with this as im sure its being monitored by some shady folks. Going to check back in later to see what everyone else knows.

Here is what I know.

Give me a frigging break. I can't believe you people set around here and think that your so important that the----Powers To Be---give a flying flip what goes on here.

As the resident government shill I can assure you it's safe for nap time-the boogie man is no longer under the bed.

It's absolute insanity to think that the government is worried about people who can't even get to the FIRST LEVEL of the NSDB -National Security Data Base-there are 9 levels for Christ sake.

Well, I hope that's the case - I have been worried lately.

Ok so I did a bit of research on all this....PROMIS sounds like a water downed version of what Snowden has recently leaked...man if they were killing people over Promis they must really be ticked over snowden hahahah.

I wouldn't say watered down, I would say PRISM is descended from PROMIS

If you have lots of money or anything nice, will ya leave it to me?

I can't believe the banter I'm reading in this thread: "OOOOHHH better not dig too deep" "You might end up dead".

This is ATS where such things get dissected and exposed!! If you want yourself a cool glass of water then you gotta dig a little deeper in the well! or get thrown down in the bottom of the well. SEE! You all got me paranoid now.

Anyways, I've read about this but forgot about it, or was made to forget about it. Either way, this is the best ATS material I've seen in many moons. S&F

I'm not really worried about getting offed. Its more of the fact that digging into this would take a lot more time and resources than I have at this time. Believe me if I had the time & ability I would jump down the hole. But I honestly wouldn't even know where to even start.

Where do you begin with something that reaches into so many different aspects. I've read the posts here I could find and web archive to view the information from the ATS member desertfae that was on her website desertfae.com.

Though like I said I don't think they would be worried about me finding anything, people who dig into do seem to have their lives turned upside down such as desertfae who says she's had her phones tapped and helicopters appearing above her property, the judge who ruled against the justice department on the Inslaw case had his career ended. And, of course Danny Casolaro who was suicided.

This case has always interested me since I first heard about it from the tv show unsolved mysteries. If even a part of the things I've read and seen about this case is remotely true it shows to me what lengths parts of the U.S. government are willing to go to protect its secrets and perhaps there is a shadow government or TPTB that actually are directing things from the background

Very true...sorry saying watered down wasnt the proper wording...I guess im thinking like old 70s tech not being able to compete with current tech but the fact is ...its the same thing to some extent...and back then too! I hope more whistle blowers come forward....They will have my support and protection.

The definitive book on this subject is "The Octopus" by Jim Keith, who also died from a mysterious death after the book was published. The tentacles reach deep...

I have always had a fascination with this story, and have spent quite a bit of time researching it. Interesting to see that people are still looking for new information on the subject.

This thread make me think I just might be "doom porn" fan afterall....that seal on the side of the "rocket" being launched gave me serious creeps...especially in light of my own circumstances just recently....oooooohh skeirt!

'Dig into it' with your buddy Google. So far out of touch that it never occurs to you that your buddy is 60% pornography-35% advertisements and 5% 'secret government information'

Lets see those go.damn Ukrainians just breached level 4 and scampered off with 110 million credit and debt card accounts from Target and others- And they wonder why we won't join their *snip* revolution.

Screw the Senate hearings-lets see what is going on at ATS. Oh, I forgot, the Ukes said the CIA's 20 million payoff for blowing a load into the Iranians centrifuge program was just a down payment.

Isn't the best place to hide secrets in plain sight where we would least expect it ?
(but I agree no government or other organisations would be daft enough to have documents with actual
secret information on a public access network)

if the CIA paid Iran the 20million you got a source for this ?

It's not out of character for them since they ran the whole heroin/crack coc aine gig for years and probably still do to fund black projects

Geez... Just wandering by and reading this thread out of curiousity, but noticing something...

That organization sounds like the real life equivalent of SPECTRE out of the James Bond films or novels, but profiteering even more than their fictional counterparts by playing both sides. (Heck I wouldn't be surprised if they had a cover business using Spectre somewher in the name. It'd be fairly blatant, but those kind of people are like that.) Makes one wonder if whoever was writing those stories knew more about what was going on than most people thought and presumed to be fiction.

Well, someone hacked their centrifuge mainframe and sent them back so far they had to make a deal. Let me think who might be behind that................Homey D Clown?

Try to figure the Ukes and their hacking anonymous group, or what ever they are calling themselves at the moment. Are these guys that dumb not to know they got a drone coming astern if they don't cut this stuff out? Not only that but to get any press from the American mainstream media for their 'revolution' they sure have a damned odd way of doing it.

The NSA is reading every single kb these guys exchange in addition to the party line they got on their mobiles.

Yet they continue this stuff-whatever

Unraveling the Octopus would more than likely unravel every major conspiracy and major historical event since at least the rise of the Nazis and going up to the destruction of the WTC.

That sort of thing with Inslaw has happened with software many many times. The value of software isn't how much time it took to develop, it's how much of others people working time it can save as well as the amount of raw materials it can save.

Had a friend who consulted with various companies to make a standard purchase/order form/sales receipt for the purchase of aviation fuel. He went around all the different accounting departments, got the design of the form laid out and then started selling them as word processing templates. Next thing, some other guy in another part of the city is selling the exact same templates ... but could he do?

Another time, there was a guy who wrote a little expert system to fix toy railway engine motors. Gave it away for free to other toy railway enthusiasts. Then one chap who is working in the oil industry figures out that little application can be used to fix industrial oil industry winches and and motors. He's set up his own company and charges a £10K consulting fee (half the price of the system) per repair. First guy is kicking himself for giving away the software for free - basically his knowledge encapsulated in an expert system.

Another time, a start-up company was contacted by a university to ask the company if there was anything they needed researching. The company made the mistake of saying yes, and giving the university a topic that could be researched, which just happened to be their future product. A year later, the postgrad students has done his research, filed a patent, and is offering the company a license fee for their own product.

I've had that happen to myself as well. Took on a PhD with the hope of establishing a research career. Four years later, I'm about to publish my 3rd research paper, when an ex-student demands that I hand him a copy of all my research work. I refuse, he goes to my supervisor (who backs me up), then the whole academic chain. I was then told to hand over all my graphics work to another student. I refused, and so they dragged my thesis out for four years, until 2009.

Not that I don't believe you...but where did you get this ?

Well, someone hacked their centrifuge mainframe and sent them back so far they had to make a deal.

Are you referring to Stuxnet ?

And if they were forced into a deal, why would CIA pay them ?

To the folks here who have littered this thread with an abundance of information-packed links.. I applaud you.

I've never heard of this before. Some seriously good information here guys.

In my opinion, this is where you'll find most truth. Follow the money.

Fantastic thread.

You know what the author of the James Bond novels did during world war 2 right?

If not you should look it up...

I mean some of us have been saying a lot of this stuff for years even DECADES and being called crazy for it... but now.... well gee it's on the news every day. But yeah we're the crazy gullible ones.

Maybe the government is monitoring the Survival section so they can get all those secret plans discussed at ATS about what to do when the Zombies and the walking dead take over the Earth.

Good point.

But they won't tolerate someone in the media, pop music, sports, or mainstream news to release this kind of info. Ask Brietbart and his coroner.

Do you really think it was the Ukrainians that hacked Iran's nuclear purification facility?

Not Mossad? Not CIA or NSA?

Please stop with the CIAnon stuff. They are a shill front for a government cybersecurity blackop.

I agree. If anyone is going to get deep enough in this to mean much its going to take some offline footwork

Google would be a damn good start though.

Don't worry if you get too close to the truth you might die a mysterious death....oh wait that's just banter that guy in the motel room?...give me a break as 'Spooky' said.. The guy that wrote a book about it that died a mysterious death? Oh come on guys now stuff like that only happens in the movies. (End sarcasm)

I don't believe anything you find on the internet with that could get you killed because as people pointed out the really juicy stuff would be non internet accessible.

But watch where you tread.

This guy Lyndon LaRouche look him up. Acording to that guy Jim keith that wrote The Octopus this is where Danny Casolaro got most of his information for his investigation into the octopus.

I read most of his wiki. LaRouche is still alive (age 91). He ran for president a record number of times. He misrepresented himself as a Democratic presidential delegate and actually met with several world leaders.

He pissed off some American politicians and ended up doing a stint in federal prison like 89 until 94. He had some impressive signatures on his exoneration petition. He appears to have at least some very powerful connections.

This is were that foot work would come in handy. He lives in Leesburg Virginia. If any of you live nearby and you have a little charisma you might be able to talk him into having a meeting with you.

The guy is strange he has some extreme beliefs some I agree with some I don't but interesting nonetheless and very well organized and very smart....at least he was( again is 91 years old).Never the less I think it would be well worth the time to meet him.
