Genetically make little dragons that eat something like dragon flies and mosquitoes?

Look at the little guy don't you just want a house full?

Birds are lighter/more efficient. They would need to be kept as pets, as you alluded to.

Well lets spruce up the conversation!

I would use bat, gecko, snake, and starfish genetics.

Bat wings (general idea) want it to also have echo location. or some form of sensory.

flying gecko feet

snake for genetic foundation

Starfish for all out regeneration.

Can the humans get starfish regen first? I wouldn't mind staying around for longer than expected.

In that realm you would have to hope that when you died you possessed a genetically engineered human.

Honestly the first thing I would want as a genetically altered human is the ability to use photosynthesis.

Would you rather they be cloaked and with the intelligence to do whatever they wanted without your knowing of intervention?

No.

Just let me carry a tennis racket around with me (better with a racket than with a bat).

To be honest, I would rather have a murder of crows, than a gaggle of flying lizards. My brother in law however, is a bit of a dragon fanatic, and would most definitely be down with genetically modified dragons!

I like the thought of having a buddy over who hates the idea of having a dragon flying around in the back yard. Till that night around the bon fire when the mosquitoes are kept at bay!
