Media reports out of Vietnam indicate 3000 ducks have suddenly died

Lab results have not been reported, but the ducks have leg paralysis.

The reports indicate they don't have bird flu symptoms, but H5N1 readily recombines and in lab mice, recombined H5N1 infects the brain and causes hind leg paralysis.
Lab confirmed H5N1 infections in the province in November have been reported.
