Synchronicity: The Hero's Journey

Wikipedia defines Synchronicity as "the experience of two or more events as meaningfully related, where they are unlikely to be causally related. The subject sees it as a meaningful coincidence, although the events need not be exactly simultaneous in time."

I've had many, many incidents involving synchronicity during my lifetime...
Once when I was writing a book, I needed a specific photo that I was having a very difficult time finding.
While attending a community festival, I came across a woman that had come all the way from up north to the festival in my southern hometown. During our conversation I learned she had the picture I needed! She mailed me a copy when she got back home, and my book was complete!

What are the odds of that happening?! That blew my mind!

Another time, I was searching for some spiritual answers that had been concerning me, with limited sources available to find the answers. A couple of weeks later, I received a book from Amazon.com that was on the topic of my questions... I had my answers.

And I didn't even order the book! How it came to me is one of life's mysteries!

Those are just a couple of synchronizations I've experienced; I've had many!

The video I'm posting is kind of old news with information being discussed that happened last summer, but I wanted to share it with you. ( I didn't see this posted during my ATS search.)

According to David Wilcock (yeah, I know, some of you don't like him... you may leave now) there is a cycle of spiritual transformation;
a "Galactic Blue Print" for all planets that has to be followed for spiritual evolution to occur.

Imagine a circle going counter-clockwise; we begin with Chaos at the top, followed by grief, anger, denial, sadness, despair, letting go, then we reach a void.
Going back up the other side of the circle we have a Breakthrough, followed by wonder, imagination, vision, empowerment, action, and end with Order.

The Spiritual Growth Process has three phases: Separation, Initiation, and Return.

This video offers "A comprehensive examination of history, and the idea that history is NOT random. The events that are happening in our reality are scripted and structured intelligently from a superior cosmic consciousness."
David walks us through the events that could prove his theory is correct.

Cant admit I am a great fan of mr Wilcock,you probably are familiar with The Secret I am currently reading The 7 Secrets of Synchronicity by Trish and Rob Macgregor which is a guide to finding meanings in signs although this material is interesting I have the fundamental buddhist beliefs in cause and effect and although this area may be currently inexplicable I believe that just like prayer there is a subconcious mind over matter effect on the real world in the realm of quantum physics and mechanics somewhere lies the answer.

As it happens, 'synchronicity' happens to me often, I have realised this especially recently.

I am studying 'the sublime' in art, which involves research about definitions of the sublime from pre 1st century to now, in written records, as portrayed in art and literature and as a concept in various civilizations and societies.

The contextual references to the sublime keep appearing everywhere, new items from facebook, tv documentaries, critiques of art and literature as well as the long standing theories of Kant etc and archaic sources, it seems 'the sublime' has become en vogue again and is somehow part of the contemporary zeitgeist. Which is great, generally and for my research.

As the sublime is in context 'greater than the norm', surpassing the everyday realms, reaching further into the psyche etc something makes me feel that perhaps resonating such a 'sublime' concept is resonating with higher frequencies which brings good things.

Synchronicity is sometimes how I evaluate whether my state of mind is properly "in the center" as I call it -- grounded, good, clean and clear. The more synchronicity I have, the more I feel like I'm doing something right.

I used to have amazing amounts of it. Like astronomically improbably 2 dozen times a day, glitch in reality level stuff. That was a long time ago though. Now it's just on occasion. Like being "in the zone" in a sport; like "luck" is on high.
