Greetings Earthlings

This introduction is a bit late, but better late than never I suppose.

My name is SleepyOwl... I've been lurking around ATS for about 3 years now and recently decided it was time to start participating.

My favorite forums are: Aliens and UFOs, Science and Technology, Space Exploration, Ancient and Lost Civilizations, Fragile Earth, and a few BTS topics. I enjoy friendly debate and try my best to respect the opinions of others. However, I'm mostly here to learn and bounce around some theories.

I've learned a lot from ATS and have a lot of respect for some of the contributors on here. I hope that I can eventually post threads that are as interesting and well researched as their work.

Who is the person behind the username? Well, I'm 25 and have my Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. In my leisure time, I enjoy painting, sketching, reading, and writing. I'm an xbox gamer, but I play in moderation. I'm an adrenaline junkie and will try almost anything once as long as I'm at least 90% sure I'll survive. . And finally, my favorite shows are Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.

I never did an introduction; I didn't even realize there was a 'special' place for new posters, so I missed out on receiving a tinfoil hat. Shame; it might have left me with a few more braincells with which to navigate these rabbit holes.
