Where are you getting your time frame from? If it was ever going to get here it should have done so already.

*LMAO* no.....

You people will believe anything.

FEMA is not even allowed within state borders without permission of the state. No one commands anything. They set up pre contracts like you see here and use their contractors for whatever needs they have designated in the contract.

The NG would only be allowed too under guidance of the state.

What is so funny about the FEMA tin foil hatters is that they are so obsessed with FEMA, that they don't even bother to stop to see what their Governor's capabilities are under a disaster declaration.

But when it comes to conspiracy theory, only the feds are sexy enough to look at. Which is why conspiracy theorists don't usually look at state and local governments for these things, they are not sexy enough.

I am very weary of the threats and doom porn that is brought about on the web from
FEMA and DHS..
Bring it on already..
Most of this turns out to be nothing..
trains moving military equipment
Fema contracting MRE's, blankets, water to the FEMA Region 3
the FEMA coffins,. what a joke that one was.. they are overliners for coffins..
Nothing ever pans out,. just paranoia..

And even IF something happens.. what are you REALLY gonna do about it?
I doubt half the bloggers on the net are ready for it anyway..

what am i saying here,, so sorry. this IS a conspiracy website.. My bad..

People seem to forget the debacle that was Katrina. FEMA took a lot of heat for being unprepared. Now with all the DHS money floating around they have the funds to not ever be unprepared again. Sure it will line some insiders pockets but that is how it all works anyway so I don't see a problem with the purchase.

Perhaps before you go all "stfu" on me you should actually read what I wrote: "The guy who runs our local county school bus garage tells me that both FEMA and the National Guard have told him that they have the authority to take his entire fleet in a case of declared emergency."
Yes, I believe what the man says because he is in a position to know, to have participataed with the actual people who are in FEMA and the National Guard during their planning phases. He works with disaster drills all the time and if anyone would know, I'd guess it would be him but perhaps these agencies are sending you the information rather than the guy in charge.
"in a case of declared emergency" means that our governor, who has complete control of the National Guard, can order their movements while the president can order FEMA's movements at the request of the governor who had declared an emergency. Perhaps you should know how these things work before going into attack mode. Now, take a deep breath and read what I wrote---no conspiracy theory there---just facts about how school buses can be commandeered in case of a declared emergency....see....?

At the time a lawsuit was filed against Hilary Clinton. She's on the board of directors of LaFarge Cement. LaFarge constructed the levees that failed.

Anyways that's another topic.
