People don't like every President. Bush was going to declare Martial Law are take over the country remember?

Some people are just honest enough to admit that people don't like the current President because of his policies, same as the last 42 presidents. Others think everyone dislikes this one based solely on half of his genetic makeup

If you can't look back and compare his Executive Order to the others you technically cannot make the argument that his is most damaging..

I will certainly concede if such information is provided

Off the top of your head, name me 3 executive orders from past presidents.

You can't can you. (I can't and I'm a wonk)

The issue at hand, will we not only remember the EO's of Obama, but will we be regretting them?

Come now, Beezer, you're not exactly lazy. Can't you type in the Archives address and have a browse?
Here, I'll do it for you. Have a gander at Bush's EOs as an example. All 291 of them.

Everyone loves to moan and complain about Obama issuing EOs, but always conveniently forget about past ones. The Chicken Little routine here is getting damn stale.

I'm talking about EO's that have had a lasting impact.

Of course I could "Google".

That's not the point.

Would you say that under President Bush the creation of the Department of Homeland Security was a horrible and negatively impacting Executive Order? Yes or No...

Yes.

Absolutely.

The unfortunate thing is that the weasels in congress made it law.

And then Obama extended that law. Look, I'm no fan of George Bush. He's the reason I quit being a republican and became a Libertarian.

I guess if we are comparing over the long run, which is more devastating to the country? I'm honestly not looking for a response from you...they are both devastating in their own way..

Not sure how you would calculate either

Patriot Act sucks.

Bush sucks for starting it.

Obama sucks for continuing it.

And Bush didn't create the FISA Act 70s

And Bush didn't create the Omnibus Counter Terrorism Act of the 90s

Which the government was already doing. Which means government already gave themselves that power.

Never letting a good crisis go to waste, and some people make excuse's for the current administration.

Without fail Bush is ALWAYS brought up.

Because for some odd reason some people don't want to discuss the current tyrant in chief.

With that said Neo are you suggesting I am deflecting the issues of Obama and by bringing up Bush? Not my intention...I can see how you would come to that conclusion but I'm not deflecting the poor decision of our current President...he stinks
