Not arguing that it can't happen, I just don't buy the hype. I've seen too much of it (just read zero hedge, which I love). I'm of the thought that the meltdown will be slow and semi-controlled. Though, drudge is usually pretty reliable. Who knows.

A slow and semi-controlled meltdown assumes that they have perfect control of it all. IME, the best-laid plans always evaporate after the first steps are put in place.

Obamacare was intended to be a slow and semi-controlled meltdown of the US insurance industry, too.

Yeah, their controlled meltdown is working about as well as the controlled gold bar meltdown in JP Morgan's bullion vault.

Two edged sword, Ketsuko... don't be too jealous re: morphine!

Sure it feels great to those of us with the proper receptors, until one wakes one day and finds one's brain can't function w/out the substance.

And to go far off topic, it sure seems that if, way back in some possible past, a superior race wanted a way to keep their monkey work force in line, a substance that made them work happily while on it and scream helplessly without it, would ensure compliance.

And the actual poppy plants sure look engineered... look at the central star-shaped elevator stalk that rises and distributes the seeds... heh. But back to Drudge and cryptic scary tweets... which takes me back to morphine...

If he knows something that could get him in trouble with TPTB, what should he do? After all, he knows very well that they are watching ... reading ... and people have died.

I'd say the game is to parse him links to see what he means.

True. If he feared retaliation from the Illuminati. He might try to warn us without actually saying anything. If they confront him...he could then just make up something else.

I think it's simply a good piece of general advice. One should have an exit plan for what happens if any element of your existence should falter. Job? Exit plan. Financial Investment? Exit plan. Living situation? Exit plan. Societal constructs? Exit plan.

Simple as that.

If you follow Matt's tweets a few weeks up until this last one, it's pretty clear that he is warning of a Stock Market, and / or Banking collapse. It's not rocket science at all. I have no idea if his assessment is correct though. However, He does have a lot of connections, which is something to consider. ~$heopleNation

Thanks for the laugh-out-loud comment, I just watched the SOTU speech and they're all still there and alive, so I'm depressed.

I have the same problem, morphine doesn't do a damn thing; if anything, it makes the pain worse and completely shuts down my will to breathe. Learned this after having surgery for the fifth time or so.

Next time it's necessary, try Toradol. It's IV only, no pills but works WONDERFULLY!

DRUDGE IS ON A MISSION!

As a long time reader of Drudge---and one who has seen his agenda change over the last year--I have a few thoughts to add:

---Consider that within the past 18 months, he has actually started quoting and linking to Info Wars. I was a little shocked at first, but he and Alex Jones have a serious collaboration going. Some mainstream bloggers worried it would risk his credibility, but he continues to link to the Info Wars site regardless.

----Drudge totally gets what's going on. He has linked to Bilderberger stories, UFO reports, JFK theories---and the list goes on. He's definitely letting TPTB know that he's awake, and is trying to alert the rest of humanity without coming right out and saying it. He's on a mission.

---His Twitter account is one of the only mediums where he speaks his own mind. As you know, the Drudge Report only links to other stories. If Drudge says something on his Twitter account, I take it very, very seriously.

There are so many valid reasons to believe that something very sinister is going on in the world.

Now, you can deny it, and laugh at it, and disregard it all you want. But it doesn't change the fact that the NSA is totally out of control, that liberties have been taken from the people of America, that our politicians have become career-politicians on the take, that progressive thinking is undermining the values that our country was built on, that our Constitution has become a cartoon, and that possibly a nefarious enemy hopes to create a One World Government.

Matt Drudge gets it.

I'm glad someone with so much influence has stepped up to the plate and is showing the world what the truth is.
