Blah, blah, blah. You have excuses for everything, don't you? You cant find a job after two years, I live in a 3rd world area. You cant provide healthcare for yourself or your family, its the 1%. I promise I'll never ever EVER not be able to provide for myself and my family because instead of making excuses for everything I work harder and smarter. I enjoy your suffering, bottom feeder, because when I was doing things to better myself you weren't. Your loss and you cant vote yourself out of that. What kind of man cant provide for their family and instead of making it better complains on the internet that it's not their fault?

I know that you can't find work after 'looking' for 2 years. And for the first time in your life you have healthcare. That's all I need to know, lowlife.

You are a perfect example of a bottom feeding Obama voter. You cant find a job after 2 years, you say through no fault of your own. Do you really not see that every single day millions of people are hired? Do you think there's some giant government conspiracy to keep you out of work, or would it be more appropriate to figure you are in some way inferior to those people? You seem obsessed with weed, maybe that's your problem. It's laughable you cant find a job after two years. Youre a lowlife, get over it. And a typical Obama voter.

Obama promises of boosting the middle class is nothing but a rhetoric

I always wonder how he got elected???? I guess the phrase "Hope and Change" has really worked so I as this since I voted for the other guy, How is that Hope and Change working for you know??

I agree that he lied and broke all his promises to the middle class, everything that comes out of his mouth is rhetoric garbage

It's working great for me. 1/2 of our unjustified wars have ended, we caught Bin Laden, he made sure UI insurance was extended twice while I lost my job at no fault of my own, and because of the Affordable Care Act I now for the first time in my life have 100% health coverage. Not to mention we are finally drawing back on the war on a plant. I can only dream of what he could accomplish without an obstructionist congress.

You have no idea about my economic situation, or the section of the country in which I live that is literally worse off than many third world countries. But yeah, forget unemployment insurance, I mean after all we want our professionals like engineers to get jobs at McDonald's when they lose their higher paying job. Just what I would expect from the right. As far as a government conspiracy to keep me out of work, where did I say that? Also, I did not know mentioning my pleasure in seeing the government move away from a needless war on a plant, a single time on this forum, means I am "obbsessed" with said plant. Also, nice name-calling. Your attitude is what ensure a democratic white house for at least the next 50 years.

And all I need to know about you is that it is obvious you have never faced the same types of challenges in your life. I hope you never do. But as more and more Americans become disenfranchised by the 1% and those like you, who falsely believe that in the game of musical chairs that is capitalism, anyone can become the 1% - more and more will continue to turn blue until even the illegal gerrymandering in the south won't be enough for the right to control ANY part of government. That day can't come soon enough.

Obama has already used executive orders to by pass congress on some issues. Nothing new there except they will be more extreme. His true intent is the ruin of this country. No outside force can do it so he plans to do it from within. He is only waiting to the right time to declare martial law and take over.

So basically what I'm getting out of this...is that Obama doesn't want to obey the laws anymore... He wants to just step over and do what he seems fit.
My heart sinks...literally sinks at the thought of this.

where does it say he will break laws?...tell us which ones, since you seem to be in the know about what he is going to do, and how he is going to do it.

So you get stars for being rude to me?? At least when I read your reply...it sounds rude or just mean...

I'm not in the know. I actually know very little. And I actually can't remember things well since of my brain injury.
He doesn't say he will break laws. I didn't say that, I said he doesn't want to obey laws...which to my knowledge...which I stated I'm not in the know... I thought it was against the law to try an bypass congress.. Am I wrong? Please you tell me. Cause I seriously don't know.
I truly thought it was against the law to go around congress.... Maybe I'm wrong. Sorry if I offended you. I didn't mean to. I don't have tough skin on this site...never have and I doubt I ever will. Words hurt me far too easy. That's why I usually tend to stay out of topics such as this, but I was in a rage when I posted that comment...

he will use any and all tools in the shed to win and get his way should be common knowledge by now. Just about every tool he is using to get his agendas going just happen to be the criminal type tools, i.e. (lately every method he uses comes from the dark side). You could say that 99 out of 100 criminals highly recommend the methods Obama is using to get things done. All against our constitution. YES it is impeachable at the very least.

Obama simply hates America and he is also disgusted with all Americans that oppose him. If the level of threat is high enough in an individual in political, or ideological opposition, then Obama will have them killed. He's already done it.

Our military, if it had leaders that actually cared about the integrity of America, would march on the capitol and commandeer the Whitehouse, and kick that rotten bastard out of the building on his ass too. A president who flagrantly dismisses the constitution as non applicable to him and his administration is by virtue of that, giving clear legal imperative to take him out by force.

Of course, the federal judges in his pocket will reinterpret those parts to appear like "The story of the three bears" instead.. When they spin the meaning of the constitution, they really spin it. Example: "The second amendment was meant to mean hunting is permissible with musket loaders" And this is why the military should go in and escort him out.. Real forcefully.

This is Just like Honduras did when their president tried to remove the part in their constitution that forbade more than x-terms for an elected president, and over stayed his term, which gave their military the legal imperative to remove that idiot.

At that time, immediately in the MSM, Hillary and Obama both publically condemned Honduras for using the military to remove the law breaking thug and were all trying to convince everyone with a huge effort, that the Honduras Military were acting without legal cause or reason.. (probably have been planning similar moves to the former Honduras pres. and I bet they are classified)

The only way I see Obama leaving the white house, is with the military serving some daily fireworks like a stinger missile rammed up his @ss and giving him a ride out before it celebrates his leaving with a nice explosion and fireworks. A fitting exit interview for a president that wipes his butt with our constitution and bill of rights, forgetting even about his end runs around congress, and even advertising to everyone that he will continue with his lawlessness.

If it doesn't violate the constitution, the Obama WON'T support it.

I almost find myself cheering this move by Obama. It's not because I'm in favor of his policies (quite the opposite... I was a big fan of campaign Obama, but he has done the total opposite of those promises) but rather because I hope it serves as a wake up call to congress. The partisan gridlock is so bad in DC that absolutely NOTHING is getting done for better or worse. Until congress is willing to work with each other and with the president they do more harm than good by being there.

I hope this will result in a change but I know it won't. The DC gridlock is just a reflection of the extremism of their constituents. No one wants to debate issues or change their minds. They pick a side and want reaffirmation of those beliefs in an all or nothing scorched earth style of politics where the winner mercilessly beats down the loser.

Neither side has our interests in mind and most people realize this, but most people are also happy with their guy, and simply view everyone else as the problem.

I wish I knew an easy fix because this underlying issue is the sort of thing that breeds civil wars. Ironically enough if you go out another level it seems to be over a lack of states rights again.

The Demonizing of Obama cracks me up. He isn't evil, he is just incompetent. A sh*ty President. Not as sexy as being part of the Illuminati or some other evil-cabal of American-hating Reptillians, but more accurate.

He is what would have happened if Jimmy Carter was given a 2nd term. America has been subject to four concurrent terms (at least) of incompetent leadership. Both parties have contributed to the diminishing fortunes of the country.

The system continues to pump out these turds that are getting elected. The "People" have to demand better, or the system isn't going to change. That requires people get involved and actually do something about it.

My father treated complainers as volunteers to do something about it. It resulted in two things: Either people shut up because they were only willing to give lip-action to their concerns, or they actually got off their ass and did something about it.

A win-win.

Are you going to do something about it, or just complain about it after it happens?

Obama: Lousy politician surrounded by people who don't know what they are doing. Bad? Yes!...part of a plot to destroy the fabric of society? No.

There's a difference between an excuse and a reason, but I guess when you're nothing but a work monkey for someone elses profit, you need to justify your existence somehow
Keep accepting the crap that dribbles down from on high, because the longer you work through it acceptingly instead of trying for change, the longer you're going to be stuck in that position.

There is a word in the English language to describe someone who holds and/or abuses an extraordinary amount of personal power, especially the power to make laws without effective restraint by a legislative assembly
.

That word is Dictator.

The reason for checks and balances is to protect the minority from the tyranny of the majority. I see people on here complaining that the Republicans are being spoilsports and preventing legislation from passing. In this case, THAT IS THEIR JOB. When the points of view are so diametrically opposed over the issue, their job is to try and prevent the passage of such legislation.

When the roles are reversed, and the Democrats are in the minority, THE SAME STANDARDS APPLY!

That is the whole purpose of the legislative branch.

The Executive branch's purpose to propose cabinet and judicially nominees, to be the "face of the nation" on the world stage and to either approve (by signing into law) or disapprove (through veto) bills that are passed by Congress.

In recent years the Executive branch has assumed a great deal more roles upon itself. I agree that we should have a strong Executive branch, but there still needs to be limits. Those limits are quickly fading away.

If that is the best Obama is going to do, then we got more trouble coming.

And he's only addressing future government contract work.

He can't seem to do anything that has positive impacts on the majority of citizens?

Sad efforts indeed.

Ahhh, I believe Obama is starting to sound like captain Barbossa: "the Code (or Constitution here) is more like guidelines than actual rules. Welcome to the Black Pearl (or USSR here)!" Yup. He's a pirate.

Trouble coming from where?

Stumbling blocks every step of the way from republican controlled congress?

And why is that?

quoting from your own link:

(CNN) - While President Barack Obama’s attempts to increase the nation’s minimum wage through legislation have stalled in Congress, the White House announced plans on Tuesday to use the president’s executive powers to partially address the problem.

Nothing really useful or important gets accomplished because not enough people agree on what IS useful or important.

While there will always be a party in the majority and a party in the minority, there is not enough of a majority to clearly come down on one side of an issue or the other. As long as the American people remain this evenly divided, they will continue to elect representatives that are equally divided, continuing the precarious balancing act we are witnessing in Washington DC.

Instead of demonizing the opposition, our leaders need to convince the people of the correctness of their cause.

Where have you been for the last 5 years? This began right from day 1 of Obama's presidency. You haven't been paying attention if this is just starting to concern you now. For example....Obama has already ordered the extra judicial execution of 4 American citizens, without the right of due process guaranteed ALL Americans. He can kill you if he so chooses.

I guess better late than never.

That's a good point. Seems like it is worse then it used to be. Or maybe people are not demanding for better behavior.

Saying the others are wrong is useless if the person can't show why he is right or promoting a better idea.

This is Tyranny by any other name.

You nailed it, cause that is exactly what the nutcase Nancy "frog face" Pelosi said today when asked about it. As long as we have mentally ill lunatics like her representing us all, nothing will ever be done concerning either party. ~$heopleNation

Well thanks for that one, my husband that two years ago lost his job to Obama downsizing government, back in the summer of 2012 as a contractor, is back now in the game, got already a raise and now Obama is going to give another one?

How in the hell he is going to do that? the last time I knew contracting are been lay off right now at least in my neck of the woods, because Obama 1 million government workers downsizing, He is lying again people, I guess all those cuts to government employees is now to pay for pay increases on contractors?

It makes no sense, I thing Mr. hope and change is losing his mind and have not clue that what he is promising makes not sense in his agenda of cutting the defense budget.

Hell, he needs to be evaluated by a mental doctor.
