Is there a particular reason I cannot post a thread in Posse Comitatus? The "reply" button in the threads is also missing, but I can reply to individual posts. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Maybe they have certain requirements to post new topics.

Some forums require a minimum rating for things like number of posts, watts score, karma score, etc.

???

the Really Above Top Secret (RATS) forum is like that.
