You are so spot on! It is such a shame that "they" already know how to treat &
cure diseases yet they allow for so many to suffer. It's too bad there isn't some
kind of law against making people suffer when it is not necessary & so sad for
the person being treated as well as family & friends, especially when
all this could be avoided.

I've been studying food chemistry for years now. It is an imbalance in chemistry that causes many diseases. Too many
glutamates/glutamines/tyramines and you could have problems if the right minerals are not present. This one imbalance I am talking about can cause
various different diseases. It is balancing this that is important. When the sensors on a cell are damaged from overconsuming these compounds, it
leads to weakness and the weakness leads to problems also.
Our body cells need to communicate with our brain, this means proper signaling must occur. If the communication system is down, the white blood cells
cannot know if a cell is cancer and destroy it. If you do not get enough of glutamates/tyramines/glutamines, then you cannot heal or make memories.
Foods that hijack our cravings are a problem. Our bodies are so advanced that science cannot presently fix things unless the consumption of these
foods is limited. There are side effects of treating these problems both with meds and foods that neutralize them.
Now these attractants are not toxic, they cause an imbalance in the body. If we consumed them once a week as a treat there would be little problem.
I have to note that natural foods eaten out of moderation can also cause this. If you eat pineapple for three weeks straight it can imbalance things.
If you eat coconut oil with it's mysteric oil too often it can change things. Not all changes are bad, some are beneficial....but they are still
changes and it is important to know that new cravings should balance things. You cannot ignore these cravings, you need to analyze why they are
happening and pay attention to what turns them off. If you have a salt craving you may say you are needing cashews because you like cashews. so on
so forth across a multitude of different scenarios. Salt is cheaper than cashews. Sunflower seeds are cheaper than cashews too.
This subject is really complex. As you gain more wealth, you start to treat yourself to more of your favorite foods, ignoring the little health
problems that are starting to pop up. Eyes don't focus fast enough, forget things more often, a lot of little seemingly not really important things
like this that you just blow off as being normal. This is what is called being negatively effected by overindulgence in neurochemical producing
foods. It won't usually kill you, it makes you more susceptible to a problem with proper communication of our cells over a long term. Most of these
foods in moderation are good for you but the newly gained income changed your diet. This messes people up and they have to go to the doctors to get
fixed. Is this reversible? sometimes, the longer you do this the longer it takes to remake the damaged cells.
So who is doing this. The chemists that create these chemicals or the people who push the recipes containing all these attractant foods. Moderation
is the clue. This practice of using attractant chemistry to sell things is not new. It goes back thousands of years. Some of our evolution is based
on usage of this chemistry, some people have evolved with these foods better than others. Their junk DNA properly informs them what is necessary to
correct this, but the nutritionists say we should not eat this stuff sometimes. Parrots, saying what is told to them to say. I do not see anyone
behind this, but I do see a lot of people that profit or earn a living from us being sick. This is the problem. Society has made medicine into big
business. Society likes the high they get from eating these foods and if they try to fix the problem by stopping consuming them all together, they
find they may have other problems that seem unrelated but aren't.
I can't blame the doctors or the pharma companies, they aren't making us eat this stuff. Food is a drug, taking too much of one drug is bad. It is
let the buyer beware in America. Some people can eat more of one thing than another, based on their ancestors diets. Just don't believe completely
in what this science is showing, they often do not think of adverse reactions that happen from diet changes. I have read tens of thousands of
articles on food chemistry and am only just scratching the surface. Every day I read up on things trying to find neutralizing chemistry knowing that
food is a multitude of chemicals. An orange has lots of chemicals in it, not just the ones they have named. Just like a bottle of wine has way more
chemicals than just what they say. Wine has good and bad chemistry, not just the ones they try to say are good. Alcohol is not one of the bad ones,
unless it is overconsumed.
