"The officers who would be charged with approving millions of applications from illegal immigrants for legal status warned Congress this week that they can’t handle the workload, and said the change would guarantee criminals and others would be approved to remain in the country."

“There is no quality here, only quantity,” said Kenneth Palinkas, president of the National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council. “USCIS is not equipped to handle this workload, and due to political interference in its mission, is not empowered to deny admission to all those who should be denied due to ineligibility. We have become a visa clearinghouse for the world, rather than the first line of defense for a secure immigration system.”

That is because the fake war on terror is actually looking more like a war on dissenters in the nation and not to keep terrorist out of the nation.

One prove is the present administration holding American citizens without due process and secret courts and the open borders that warnings have been issue to the government about the amount of possible terrorist crossing over. All unconstitutional but heck I am a dissenter by government standards.

If an Illegal Immigrant gets a DUI will they be deported? The reason I'm asking is because a guy is use to work with (who's also an illegal alien) wife was arrested for a DUI and the police knew she was illegal yet didn't notify INS. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what happened because when I talked to the guy after it happened he was sort of worried about her being deported but he said he would just have to sneak her over again.

There are many illegals who have killed citizens because of their drunken driving. Many of them had previous arrests and deportations. You're right, they do sneak back over. It is very easy for illegals to get stolen identities and fraudulent paperwork and can come back under another name.

You guys are focusing on the wrong aspect of this.

How do you think 11-33 million people are going to be deported?

(self deportation is myth.)

Did you read my post above?

"The officers who would be charged with approving millions of applications from illegal immigrants for legal status warned Congress this week that they can’t handle the workload, and said the change would guarantee criminals and others would be approved to remain in the country."

So we can neither deport nor approve millions of applications for legal status?

If you take away the jobs and freebies, these people have no incentive to come or stay here. There are some who have already self deported. I saw a video of one man who returned to his own country and said when the economy improves he will come back here.

As broke as we are, it seems that the government can always find money to do things they want to do. There are plenty of anti-illegal immigration people who would gladly donate to help the cost. Think of all the money that would be saved by not having to give free education to millions of illegals, health costs, welfare, etc. Of course they can afford to deport illegals.

I say allow the illegals a warning that they will no longer have jobs or any benefits here so they can prepare to go back to their own country. If they wish to return, they will go through the proper channels as millions of others have done.

Planes trains and automobiles.

Buses can escort them to borders. Planes can take them back to the countries from which they came, should they have come from somewhere besides Mexico.

Bus loads at a time, these people can be booted out. Its a matter of doing it, every single time one of them is pulled over, or arrested, or otherwise caught being illegal in this country.

People who come illegally have proven themselves unworthy to live here, because they have proven they have no respect for our system and our laws.

We should have been doing this for a long time.

Amnesty will cost American taxpayers at least $6.3 trillion in welfare and other public benefits, according to a Heritage Foundation study.

“We looked at all spending that’s federal, state and local and we looked at all the taxes that immigrants pay in. After that it’s a matter of subtraction, the taxes that are paid and the benefits that are received,” Richwine told WND. ”The biggest categories that contribute to the fiscal deficit are public education and the federal means-tested programs that immigrants will receive after amnesty as well as what happens in the future with retirement, especially Social Security and Medicare.”

www.wnd.com...

So yeah...we can afford to deport illegals. It will cost too much for them to stay.

Two things:

1. There is no solution to physically force-migrate between 11 to 30 million people (depending on what numbers you believe)

2. There is insufficient political will on the part of either party to forcibly round up millions of people to ship them to the countries they came from. Concentration or Relocation Camps dont play well on the local news.

Bonus: WND is not a reputable news source.

Plus you still havent addressed the reality of why they are here, people and companies hire them by the millions. As long as there are jobs and people willing to hire them, they will come. Not all Americans believe as you do that they are a problem.

NO ONE is talking about concentration camps for goodness sake.

Deporting people is easy. Just because no one has the "political will" does not mean it is right or our duty to allow people to break whatever laws they would like to break.

If I don't like murder laws then does this mean I can go out and commit murder and tell the government to exonerate me because their laws on murder sucked?

lol..

Breaking one law is the same as breaking another. Does not matter which one you choose.

If I broke a law I would expect to stand for that crime. I would also expect the same of others. The crime of being here illegally is punished by deportation.

How do you get 11-30 million people to leave that dont want to leave? And who says the receiving countries will take them?

What if they have no proof of citizenship for the USA or anywhere else? What do you do with that person?

Its not our problem if their countries don't want them back, they are their own countries problem. Not ours.

As far as how... as I said earlier, each and every time someone is caught, whether that is through an INS sweep at job sites, whether that is through being pulled over while driving, or whether it is because they were arrested for some reason.

If they are caught, they go. No passing go, no nothing, just on a bus they go.

What you are saying is that your problem is lawbreakers. I agree with you. Here is the flaw in your argument; all you have to do is change the law. So now they arent illegal. Is that really what you want?

They are illegal. They committed a crime. Period.

I want them gone. Out. Back to where they came from.

This country has 15 million unemployed citizens. I bet some jobs would free up for our own people when we actually got rid of the illegals.

Go where? If they have no proof of citizenship, and no country will take them you will be forced to keep them in refugee camps or eliminate them.

Exactly! They are hired because companies can pay them peanuts and treat them like crap. Like I said, if you take away the jobs and freebies, they will have no desire to be here. We need to enforce existing laws and companies won't be allowed to hire them.

Has Mexico started refusing taking back their own people? If so, then we need to put a huge ass wall around our borders, and seriously start preventing these people from coming in. Shooting on site comes to mind.

As far as what happens to them, I really could care less.

We have to take care of our own people first.

If all you care about is the law, then you would be satisfied if the law was changed that made them illegal in the first place.

It has happened countless times in American immigration law.

Dont use the law as an argument, because that same argument disappears if/when the law is changed. It has happened before it will happen again.

How are you going to take away the jobs? It is illegal to hire illegals now, and it still happens in huge numbers.
