Landlords, Utilities, Taxes and
Government are like vultures.
They swoop around and pick at your bones
‘cause that’s all that’s left of you

Your landlord deals with all those things except landlords. Why should he expect anything but timely payment? I know some of them can be jerks but I have heard about horrible renters.

I wish I owned property that I could rent out. I do not. But I can tell you, if i were in any position to stop anyone from being homeless- Id do it. I have written on ats pretty frequently against the property tax. Its a terrible, terrible way to tax folks and piss poor method of funding education. Causes instability on both fronts and apparently, its for profit.

Sorry the message didn't resonate with anyone of acting capacity to change things.
