to me this sounds like sarcasm even though i know it isn't. lol
you really think the government is above using teens or pre-teens as pawns? you think they draw the line just because of age? the ends always justify
the means to them. sure, publicly they would never hint at anything like that. but, i have a feeling that the dark under belly has no lines drawn in
the sand and everything is fair game in the end if it helps their cause.

also i think you're right in being suspicious about the smashed hard drive. a kid wouldn't annihilate their hard drive like that knowing that they
were just going to die anyway. so who is he really hiding material from? surely not his parents, all it would take to stop them would be a password or
a hidden file. the extent he went to seems to suggest there was information on the drive that was more sensitive, perhaps a contact, a source, a
handler, communications. not the usual kid stuff like porn or pirated movies and music.
