I don't know about the coffee, but I do know that a large Dr. Pepper here in Martinsville Virginia is $2.14.

They've gone nuts.

The price is the same, the dollar is what change

The small coffee here in So Cali, is on the dollar menu for a buck. I am unsure how much the others are. Now In Beverly Hills I bet its more, but when I was there not too long ago, the prices seemed pretty much the same as where I live in Valencia.

Here in the UK a large coffee (last i checked) was £2.19 - thats $3.60 in your money.

£2.19 is good compared to almost £5 ($8.21) at Starbucks.

Ooooh, I'm salivating just thinking about them!!!
What all is on them?
Lamb pattie, egg, red onion, tomato, red beet, (beet root), baby spinach...aaagh,
I can't believe I've forgotten already!!! No cheese?

Who would have thought that McD's would have something that healthy??? Lol!
WOQ

That sounded pretty good until the beet part. Beets? On a sandwich?

Sliced beetroot is an Australian staple on most hamburgers. (I can't stand it either
)

We have a McCafe in the McDonalds here and a decent cup of coffee is around $5.50 here, for the basic paper cup and swill they pass off as coffee it's about $2.50ish.

Recently our Subway got a coffee machine, and they do a deal for $3 or so with two of their cookies. The coffee is pretty epic, I get one most mornings on the way to work.

Actually where we are, they range up about $9-$10 for the gourmet style meals, even a small quarter pounder meal is around the $7 mark, so not outside the realm of possibility.
