Wow, rich Catholics threaten extortion against the Pope and the Catholic Church for his preaching the gospels of Jesus. Who would'a thunk?
I say His Holiness -- note, I've never seen fit to call any other Pope this -- ought to excommunicate the mofo's.
No, exactly the opposite. The pope threatens rich people with extortion, then the rich people decide it really doesn't make a lot of sense to send
someone you support when they are trying to extort your stuff away.
Capitalism is someone other than a government official owning production equipment. When the pope tells people capitalism should end he is saying he
wants others to extort them in order to get their production equipment.
So, while the pope threatens extortion, the rich guy is not. Simply threatening to not help someone further cannot be extortion. If someone threatens
me, and I tell them I won't help them unless they stop threatening me, that isn't me extorting them its me defending myself and having common
sense.
