By their own admissions and reports, the HHS is saying they had a variety of over-spending in 2013 for Medicare and Medicaid because the usual ultra micromanaged bureaucracy that cause the standard waste, errors, and fraud.

They say a total of around $65 Billion was wrongly paid, $60 Billion of which was accounted as "over payments".

And these are the same people who would just love to "manage" a national health care system.

I'm sure many people behind the scenes are getting rich from this fraud.

Government in action for the people.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) estimated that in 2013 it improperly spent about $65 billion in taxpayer funds through waste, errors, and fraud, a figure that was primarily fueled by an estimated $60 billion in overpayments to Medicare and Medicaid.

According to the HHS FY 2013 financial ReporT released in mid-December, last year HHS improperly spent a total of $65.3 billion under all its programs, an increase from the $64.8 billion misspent in 2012.

Erroneous payments by Medicare increased by almost 12 percent, from around $44.3 billion in 2012 to almost $49.9 billion in 2013. That means that last year, nearly $1 out of every $10 spent on Medicare beneficiaries was doled out by mistake.

So, Who can "Justify" all this ??

$60 billion in overpayments to Medicare and Medicaid

And now Obamacare has been very successful in loading up more
folks on Medicare and Medicaid, likely the only thing that it can
claim as a success. Wow, its easy to see what is going on here,
funnel as much money into the fraud channels as they can.

Well, maybe it makes sense after all for it to be called Obama"care".

Yep.

With Medicaid especially being increased dramatically in many states, we will soon see the increases in all the fraud and mis-managment on both the state levels and federal.

Bigger deficits on the way.
