Mass casualty NH

Unconfirmed reports on Twitter and Facebook said that it is an air quality incident, and that nine patients are suffering from possible poisoning and respiratory issues. The fire aid told the Sentinel Source that customers were having difficulty breathing, and that the grocery store has been evacuated.

gas would have been smelled before it started killing. I see this as a possible attack or a truley freak accident. Maybe natural gas has made its way into the ventilation system. I know its to early to know what happend, just throwing out ideas

I think he's just saying he posted in this thread so he'd be subscribed to it so he could more easily come back for updates on the story.

What about freon gas from an AC leak? That's odorless isn't it? From what I read that would cause people to potentially pass out but is not toxic.

Cleanup on the frozen food aisle. Maybe a cooling system failed and started leaking Freon.

sound like what it is, good call!

I didnt realize there was that much AC gas to maim multiple people. I used to stock in the frozen section hours at a time, I have a slighty new appreciation for life

I hope the people will be okay, but it does seem to be a localised occurence. The webby on the Op's link is getting some stick about the headline, "Mass casualty" which is also an emergency term for more manpower.

*Yawn*

I love mass *causalities.*

Good thing we have diligent ATS members (and media) to post this *breaking* nonstory disguised as a *breaking* story.

Something happened somewhere on a non-significant scale. *popcorn*

For a second, I was skeered.

Going back to sleep now.

Refrigeration systems spring leaks regularly in supermarket applications. If you're in a supermarket, you re probably inhaling some type of refrigerant.

I saw something interesting come across as breaking and a Mass Causality event which is an accurate description in emergency medical services for what this was.

It's not my fault you applied your preconceived notions to what that means.
