I have been checking this live camera everyday for a while now. The chicks were just born and damn they are cute! Just a moment of being happy about our world and the awesome critters.

This is not the usual doom porn so just to make the post a bit more inline with ATS I will toss this out.

Will they survive Global Warming, pesticides or the remnants of Comet ISON?

I see one moving in and out under the front of the eagle. However I am wondering what is near the bottom right that looks like a little one with its wings outstretched. I sure hope it's nest building stuff rather than what it could perhaps be. Nice webcam. Thanks for sharing this.

That is one of the egg shells. Both chicks are in a little depression in the nest at about the 11:00 position relative to the camera.

I am really looking forward to their first flight lessons!
