Well if you are ready for a different view on things, start by examining your selfworth and move along from there.

Hate'in everything can often be a symptom of devaluing your own personhood.

But everything is everything....

Dear introspecdtionist - based on your last post you came across as very angry and argumentative. You seem to be full of anger. Which is normal if you haven't resolved past issues, ie: child abuse. You have to find a way to release this anger in order to find peace, self love and in turn to be able to love others. And in order to be able to cope with life.

Many people on ATS have struggled with these issues. We're here to help and to tell you that you have worth, that you are special just the way you are and that there is hope.

Hey remember me!..Life sure can drag you down. I know how you feel as I have been there. You got to keep on battling through the mist. Don't bottle everything up. Speak to friends or some adult you can trust who may be able to help you. It will get better in time

Come on man, You're at a tough age. I'm 31 and kinda just went through the same thing. You always have something to live for, you just have to find out what. Take a step back, change your routines, do some new things and figure it out.

Visit the local maternity ward. If that doesn't do anything for you, contact your psychiatrist.

Is this where you sign up for the pity-party? "Hate" my man is a damn strong word. One should'nt throw it around. Life is what you make it. I know that sounds cliche but it's the damn truth. You want to be miserable and hate, who are we to tell you how to live your life. You want to be upbeat & happy..then go out and find that thing or that someone that puts you where you want to be. I wish I could tell you "everything is gonna be alright, but I can't because truth is it probally want be. Being able to be down in the valley, looking up at the top of that moutain can be a daunting task, the task is to get to the top of that other peak, regardless of how hard or how long it takes, then the valley again, then the peak, life my man...peaks & valleys.
