It should be about 72 kb now.

Does it matter that it's 200 x 200?

It seems to automatically re-size it to 175 x 175 anyway, i tried re-sizing it to those dimensions myself but then the compression causes it to be quite blurry under 75kb.

Questions...how do you guys keep track of which
of your avatars are used & taken by others?
Also do you use a filing system on here, cause I have
a ton (to me any way) & not sure what to do with them.

Wow... nice job on the resize

Doesn't really matter on the 200X200 as it gets sized down to the appropriate dimensions for display.

Cheers mate I really enjoyed making that one

I have avatar folders on my desktop, one for my AV's, one for pending,one for ideas, one for requests (That's pretty empty ATM) and one for taken.

If one is taken up I just move it to taken, my ATS uploads is running at about 1500-2000 so far, the stuff I don't think I'll need is in the public folder, stuff I want to keep and use again is in conspiracy, recent stuff is in uploaded, and special things are in fun.

It'll take me a few hours this weekend to move stuff around again.

No pain...................... no gain LOL
