Very seriously, our society assumes that all such comments are based on sexuality.

That may (or may not) be true for most men.

Seeing beauty that touches the soul for whatever reason, does not have to be sexual and for me, it more often is just seeing beauty. The subject of that beauty may be 6 years old or 90.

But out society is crass. In my youth, it was not so. We are de-evolving.

The human form, whether that form be male of female, it absolutely beautiful. I love art, and as a woman, I find beauty in men and women both... humans are just as beautiful as any other thing on earth...

But it is the rare person who sees art, and not sexuality. Very rare indeed.

I disagree or at least, in my youth it was not so. Men or women could and did comment on young teenagers to let them know that they were growing up and attractive. Now they don't and we wonder why kids have so many self esteem issues.
