Polite English Gentleman !
It´s easy
open gif image and in photoshop have windows->animations open so you get timeline
crop image and have only bottom layer active and rest hidden and save for web.. reduce color palette and save as new gif.. thats all.. piece of cake you can do it !

75k is the max allowed... always a challenge for smooth animations with lots of frames.

I have a few sayings that rule my life,but the most important one to me is two simple words. "On by". It is a term used by mushers for the sled dogs. It means to stay focussed on their journey/ destination and not get distracted by other things. I felt it was an amazing metaphor for life.

Mine is something I use to motivate myself, and team members who may understand what I am getting at. "Seek perfection, then redefine it." That is what runs my work week. I made it up myself back when I was a trainer for AOL tech support. Not nearly as cool a story as yours. LOL.

I can't make up my mind if we'd work well together or kill each other

But I suspect the eye for detail and passion for chasing perfection, coupled wit the ability to leave ego aside would win out.

I'll give a get out clause you can say both

As for me I just find a helping hand and a cheerful demeanour gets a hell of a lot more out of the lads than constantly moaning and being abrasive.

Sure I have to discipline occasionally, but it's rare and when it does happen, I'm nice about it, I finish on a positive "By the way that reception you made the other week was awesome, try to keep it like that" sort of thing.

They leave feeling guilty and chuffed at the same time, it's an old trick but it works

Hello Everyone,
TGIF!!!


So, I created my first animated signature, -I'm wearing it right now- and I had to downsize it from 123 kb to the allowed 50 kb. What I noticed is, that it lost from it's color and spark a little....

Is there a way around this? Or will I always have to lose color and spark when creating an animated signature?

Anytime dear Cody,
I will be enjoying my cold one soon. My husband asked me to bake him an apple pie. I told him I'd be happy to, if he popped down and got me my usual Friday cold one.

The pie is done, and now I'm fidgeting around with PS and trying to wrap my head around this .gif dilema.
