Except the top image is of a single picture taken with a long exposure time. The video is, well, a video. And although the two look similar, they are not the same.

They are not the same but clearly, they have the same results from the same effect. It's still a frame. Watch the clip a few more times and you can see the number of "lights' differ in each frame indicating (to me) that this is just evidence of overexposure.

Looks like insects flying past the camera light.

Sure, it looks like an insect. Such as what I thought. But it's going behind the building. This changes things, don't you think?

I'm willing to accept that. However, the only videos showing the cars have been set to private.
Got another one?

It was discussed long ago, it's an accelerated footage, not a live one. I think you can see some cars going at supersonic speed too...

Here's one of time lapse planes which look like the objects in the OP video.

Here's an HD version of the opening sequence

They could have time-lapsed the recording of the cathedral, in which case those are planes zipping by in the background at high-speed video.

Still, no UFO's or aliens here.

Bceause of the interlacing on the video the streak caused by the bug breaks up at certain points and this makes it look like it flys behind the building.

You can also see at 18 seconds there is a huge break in the streak

if there was a building in the center of that streak it would look like it went behind it.

Plenty of people have witnessed alien craft at close range. I know you don't acknowledge this but folks have been seeing and touching and boarding alien craft for decades. Your statement is inaccurate.

My statement is entirely correct as it is about this case. You on the other hard are talking about other unrelated cases which has nothing to do with this thread.

I believe the consensus is it's a time lapsed video of planes.

Which is why we have all those close range photos and photos of the surfaces of alien craft and their interiors right?

Im not sure i agree with that idea. Time lapse videos are usually to demonstrate things like moving clouds , stars , the motion of the moon etc etc. There seems nothing of interest in that video that would merit the setting up of a time lapse equipment. Also it is a moving shot which would require a lot more specialist equipment (programmable motorized rail) as well as the camera. It seems to me that thats a lot of effort and time just to get a simple shot of a building with nothing of interest in the sky.

Its doubtful that a time lapse would show interlacing errors like this one where the streak is broken unless there were created in the conversion process when the video was encoded by youtube.

I think this is the correct answer. Its a moving timelapse which caught an aircraft with strobes passing overhead.

Wow Amazing catch! It looks like 3 round lights on top of a cigar shaped craft. That thing was moving at an insane rate of speed also. To say this was a bug is just laughable.
