Any experts know what this makeup of the lava means?

Chemical composition of the basalt erupted on 29. August, 2014 through the 1797AD Holuhraun linear vent system, North Iceland

I just saw this and was coming to post--you are fast Moshpet!

Do you think it is a new fissure spot, or lava spilling from the main line moving closer to the camara?

ETA: After watching it for a bit, I think it is a lava lake/ the lava front from the main fissure line. Very runny stuff spattering out of the fissure.

It is either flow, or a new fissure element opening up, as far as I can tell.

*shrug*

well if that area between the two, starts to glow red,, then ,, maybe a new natural wonder,, if it is indeed from the Earths Core/Mantle.

It may be both, but it does look like a noticeable outpouring from the center of the image. (Too? Both?)
