John Beale and the EPA

OK, bilks the government out of close to a million dollars. Lied about working as an undercover agent to collect his salary with the EPA while he vacationed at his second home. Traveled and billed the government for his expenses. Lied about serving in Vietnam. It appears that he only got caught because his bonus/salary exceeded his current grade. His lawyer uses the "poor victim" defense in that he is currently in therapy for his mental shortfalls. There is not much on the web that I can find to verify his "accomplishments". He only gets 30 months and does not have to pay the money back? What is he a congressman?

He should run for congress. He has all the qualifications
