Objects Across Lighting Bolt

Hello, a pic from near Darwin Australia taken yesterday afternoon at the commencement of a storm.

Yes, its a mobile camera (No further information) in a moving vehicle through a windscreen so I guess there is a lot to criticize however I post it as is was taken by a friend of my wife who has no explanation as to the 4 objects in a patterrn shown across the lighting bolt. Only noticed afterwards when the pic looked at.

I thought it was interesting to post here as I might get some informed opinions for my wife to report back to her friend. I ready for the Flak also.

Raindrops on the windshield?

Thats what it looks like to me.

Could it also be debris from a tornado....something like that?

Those would be rain drops on the windshield of the car.

Yes, you are probably right. Don't know the person myself.

Dear ATSers. Please disregard the photo. I have had my partner check up to be sure and yes there are chips on the windscreen.

It's something on the windshield. Look at the spot to the far right.
