Televangelist Pat Robertson warned a viewer on Thursday that she should be careful when allowing lesbian friends into her home because “you don’t want your children to grow up as lesbians.”

So does Rev. Pat have some inside knowledge as to a diabolical virus that infects children and turns them gay?
Or do Lesbians give off some kind of gay ray that targets kids and changes them into homosexuals?

I don't have any kids but you can't be to careful; it might just happen to adults as well. I guess Ive been lucky so far because my gay friends haven't affected me or my GF; thank God!!!

The thing is, I got a friend who is both christian and gay (but I am neither). So... some christians really just don't care about what's the new fad with the reverends and the popes and all that stuff. They just follow Christ's basic teachings.

Just remember to not judge all people just by some guy's stupid actions.

Whenever Pat Robertson is on the TV it emanates a vileness that decreases mental capacity and smells of boiled cabbages. Is there any end to the preposterous ideas spewing from this walking, wrinkled, vapid, soiled rectum of a human being? He's certainly entitled to his opinion...no matter how wrong it may be.

There are lots of folks who are worse than "gay people." Like televangelists- scumbags who abuse the "word of God" to swindle millions from hapless victims, many of whom are usually the mentally challenged or elderly pensioners.

This is whats killing the religions. At one time you could mouth off in church about groups you don't approve of, just preaching to the choir and it was accepted within those four walls. Today with the internet, this type of speech goes around the globe within minutes, and it doesn't resonate with today's younger generations, and general population.

The right to free speech seems to be something the GLBT folks cannot seem to get their head around.

You don't like what this man has to say then don't listen. If what he has to say is out to left field then nobody is going to tune in and he won't be on air very long. If people want to listen to comments like this that is something the GLBT community are going to have to deal with... Or would they rather everyone that didn't see it their way get marched out on to the street and so anyone who wants to can throw pie and tomato at them?

If my gay rays were working I would give you the irresistible urge to get your gay on and head to the local rainbow watering hole. Gay men out number gay women by a margin in most places I've been.

Am not remotely calling you a bigot or anything but the logic Pat Robertson is using is a bit similar to the logic that the majority of women are bisexual. Its a leap of incorrect thinking based on personal experience that doesn't match up to the facts? (It's probably also a patriarchy thing haha)
