It's been happening once a year since 2005, as you will have noticed at two minutes past one on the third of April that year (1.2.3.4.5).
However, it can't happen again until 2105, thanks to there being no thirteenth month.

But the nineteenth of June 1961 was one of the very rare dates which read the same way upside-down- I remember someone on television pointing it out at the time.
How wierd was THAT?
