Charged with theft, man arrested for plugging car into school’s outlet

i can see a ticket or just being booted from the location. arrested, only if its been an ongoing issue with this guy. we dont know the whole story.

but he shouldnt have plugged into the school. that much is obvious.
why cant i dump my trash in the school dumpsters? my taxes pay for it right?

the dollar amount or amount of electricity is irrelevant. the guy was being a douchebag doing what he should have known better not to.
