Shabby Shoes

In a visit to Cuba, Putin criticizes Fidel for still seeing so many people in the streets wearing shabby shoes, after past decades of Cuban revolution.
Fidel replies that he`s sure there are also many people wearing shabby shoes in Russia, so Putin invites Fidel to visit Russia and tells him that if he finds there someone wearing shabby shoes he can kill them.
So Fidel travels to Russia and as soon as he left the plane he sees someone wearing shabby shoes, pulls his gun and kills this person.
Next day in the news: "Crazy Beard Guy Kills Embassador of Cuba at The Airport"
