hello.
i have just come across this new energy generation system called deep green.
essentially it is an underwater kite that can use a very low current to generate electricity.

this thing is genius. imagine if every coastal town could generate its own power with this..

This is very cool!

There have got to be some caveats but, I am curious if it produces enough power to be competitive.

They claim to be able to supply South Korea with 50% of their energy needs.

Considering that 70% of the worlds population lives within 50 miles of the coast this is a good prospect to cultivate.
However I predict that it will get buried and the inventor vanished.
