Is London Mayor Boris Johnson related to Gary Busey?

I was crusing the various news sites the morning and clicked 'Give everyone the best chance': George Osborne's reply to Boris Johnson's IQ elite speech

The first impression of the picture was "what has Busey done now" until I looked at the caption and read most of the article. Don't know much about UK politics but just thought the resemblence was there.
