I am in the process of manually drawing up your chart. I expect it will be the same as computed by the computer software you used. My own software gave the same result as in the OP.

However, when doing it manually I need to be sure about Daylight Saving Time. I believe that in 1985 DST would have been from 28 April 1985 to 27 October 1985 in your part of the world, when the clocks would have been 1 hour ahead. I am therefore making this assumption.

Please let me know if this is not the case.

Thanks

Yes, it would have been Daylight Saving Time. You may want to check that chart in the OP again. I think the DST box/option was not ticked. The wheel should turn slighty clockwise if you take into account DST. The wheel will turn slightly but the planets will remain fixed in the background. The effect will be to bring Mercury from the 12th into the 1st House.

Tomorrow, I will upload the chart that I have manually calculated

Not quite. Under Tropical system of western astrology, your ruling planet is moon and your ascendant is Cancer. That has not changed.

The ruling planet is the planet that rules the sign on the cusp of the first house. In the opening post, your chart shows Cancer on the cusp of the first house.

I will upload your manually-drawn up chart later today.

As I mentioned already, the chart in the Opening Post needs to be adjusted for Daylight Saving Time (DST). It seems that the DST correction was not applied.

I have drawn up your chart in the conventional way; using Raphael's Ephemeris and Tables of houses (see below). I have also done one with my software for comparison.

I have to tell you that many things have changed ; not just Mercury moving from 12th to 1st. Neptune has now moved into the 7th house and Sun has moved from 12th to 1st. There are house cusps changes too. That makes it more exciting as I now have to review what I said.

Give me some time to take in the new picture.

When it appeared to me that the birth chart in the Opening Post did not have the Daylight Saving Time adjustment, I felt compelled to investigate further.

I drew up a chart which has the DST adjustment and the picture is quite different. The wheel has turned clockwise and planets are now falling into different sectors. I will therefore recapitulate on what I said earlier and state whether the comment is still valid.

1)Moody and quarrelsome nature...(Still valid)
2)Changeable and unreliable as to manner and manifestation..(Still valid)
3)Intuitive and strongly artistic. (Still valid)
4)Very sensitive and can pick up vibes from people in the room(Still valid)
5)Loves the social life to excess. Too much socialising and over-indulgence at times (Still valid)
6)Inheritance features prominently in the chart...expansion through other people's money (Requires revision
7)Basically, your body is very sensitive. It can easily pick up germs in the atmosphere(Requires revision)
8) Your aura is what is termed a “leaky aura”(Requires revision)
9)You need to show your unconventionality in the work place. (Still valid)
10)The actual work that you do may itself be unusual.(Still valid)
11)Affliction of Jupiter and Saturn is the seesaw effect of over-optimism and despair (Still valid)
12)The position of Saturn by astrological house suggest feelings of inadequacy and the need for approval..(Still valid)
13)The lesson to be learned is that you need to find your true identity.(Still valid)
14)The identity part was mostly based on Saturn in the 5th House. (Still valid)
15)There is a general fear of entering into relationships. (Requires revision)
16)When you do choose a partner you go for what is safe; somebody who is solvent ... (Requires revision)
17)You end up finding that your choice of partner leads to someone who is quite sober and serious ... (Requires revision)
18)If you do live conjugally or marry, there are some problems with joint finances (Requires revision)
19)Partner could be older (Requires revision)
20)Partner likely to be ambitious and power-oriented (requires revision)
21)Jupiter in the 8th gives your life meaning whenever you "merge" with others (Requires revision)
22)Neptune opposite Mars drowns your energy and drives it into the spiritual realm. (Still valid)
23)Moon in cancer reinforces the ebbs and flows in your personality, making you reflective (Still valid)
24)The powerful Pluto sits unchallenged in the 4th House giving you the ability to dive deep...(Requires revision)
25)Father is a powerful figure who is not easily challenged.(Requires revision)
26)Father is over-indulgent and treats life as a never-ending recreation (Requires revision)
27)Father has money worries but there appears to be good financial protection available to him (Still valid)
28)Father is well treated by society as a whole and does get a lot of support from the community. (Requires revision)
29)Father may have some learning difficulty caused by such thing as dyslexsia or autism (Requires revision)
30)Pisces on the cusp of the 10th house often result in a missing mother. A fact that you have told us (Still valid)
31)You are prime candidate for exploring the world of mystery , even the darkest (Still valid)
32)The sign of Aries is in the 10th house of career. It is “intercepted” (Requires revision)
33)There is uncertainty and confusion about career but if you look under the clouds.... (Requires revision)
34)With Mars in Cancer , you are like a warrior that moves like a crab (Still valid)
35) there will always be times that you feel you are sacrificing yourself and your body through your career (Requires revision)
36)The fighting career is not accidental. It accords with the chart (Requires revision)
37)You should continue using your unique ability to explore the dark mysteries.(Still valid)
38)Look out for other people’s money and inheritance coming in your way (Requires revision)
39)Keep fit and occupied with the fighting but nothing stops you from doing other business (Still valid)

There are many more things to talk about and I will carry in the next post.

The position of planets by sign is not so sensitive. It is the position of houses which is sensitive and consequently which planets falls in.

For example, the Sun will still be in Gemini , Venus in Taurus and Mars in Cancer even if the time of birth was adjusted by a couple of hours. All that would change is the degrees ; even that would be insignificant.

House (segments ) will change more drastically. The Wheel and its 12 spokes turn a full circle in 24 hours but the planets remain fixed in the background.

I hope that makes sense.

You have a lot of 12th house energy so solitude probably figures an important part of your life. It is also the house of karma and "letting go" and the purpose is to get rid of the baggage of this life and not carry it into the next. To let go of what is no longer needed. With the stellium being in Cancer, I would say you are extremely psychic, and also a somewhat private or introverted person. Your alone time is important to you. 12th house is also house of secret enemies.

Hope this helps.

Huzzah for astrology. I bloody love it. It definitely exists down here. Any scientists / psychologists or anyone else for that matter that doesn't agree need to wake up. People look, behave and even speak in certain ways that reveal their star signs. Its flippin obvious unless I'm one of the few people down here that experience the world in this way. If people meditated & understood things like astrology the world would be a much better place my friends. I had a birth chart reading done a few years back specializing in karma & past lives - priceless information. I totally recommend the Astrological Lodge in Theosophical Society house, London. Full of bonkers people.

This is based on the chart in the Opening Post. It looks like the concentration may have moved to the 1st from 12th if Daylight Saving Time is factored in.
