Extremely bad customer service. WWYD?

I agree, wify and I were stopping for lunch one day at a popular chain pub we sat down and waited for someone, anyone to come to or table. The two couples who came in after us were immediately served, after 30 min I told wife we're leaving got up and headed for the door. Only after about ten steps OUTSIDE of the building did someone come out and asked if we had been served (probably thought we were dine and dashing) I loudly said " no we've been ignored for thirty min. and continued walking. Will never step foot in that place.

Yeah definitely talk to management after you eat or if you decide to leave before it is served. Trust me on this you do NOT want to eat after you have complained! My experience was 20+ years ago, with today's low life's I bet it is even worse now than then. But if want to risk it, who am I to stop you?
