it is 'hell' until we start giving up the idea that it is 'hell'.
same with other negative ideas.
it is these ideas that make the experience of living on this planet feels like 'hell' and affect many innocent others (african for example)

imho the only way to turn this planet into 'heaven' is to be completely awake and help to awake other people.

we, who has internet access has better chance to be completely awake.
we must use this chance.
if not now then when?

but we must also be careful with tons of 'false' informations.
imho, when we know ourselves better, we know which info is 'correct' or 'incorrect' (sync with our being)
its better to not believe anyone including your mind.
live like water (as some people in this ats always tell).

no more fighting fire with fire.
fight fire with unity (love and courage)

if we dont evolve ourselves, it will always be 'hell' on this planet, 'the flame of purgatory will burn 1000x hotter' each time we stop evolving.

To keep to the topic; I believe that, alike light and darkness, heaven and hell can exist metaphorically within each of us.

Yes, but you cannot be totally healthy if you do not choose either the hermit or monastery life to keep the ones with ego behaviour (sometimes I even call it demonic) away from you do not get infected by their small mindedness.

I have experience what hell here feels like and I know a little bit of what the oneness with heaven feels like too. Since the ego demonic is allowed on this planet it is not a fully a divine place. It is disconnected from the rest and most humans are not allowed to know what exists beyond this place. If humanity change then the quarantine will be removed.

Quarantine? A nice way of putting it!

Not all humans are in lock down! If they only would take the time to actually learn what was taught to them was actually a lie to begin with back in the day. Some the walls have falling, and it does have it moments of hardship rewiring your train of thought/s in what you thought was real.

Most have tagged things as either Evil or of God, yet failing to understand it is of their own doing. Take Doom Porn, it is nothing more then the Masses knowing they need to change and soon. It comes from All our Inner Being crying out to us saying Hello, time to wake up or to change our ways.

What is the most important thing in this World? LIFE! Finding God would do no one any good if we are all dead. If we all would start helping LIFE some, we might have a chance. Ego is nothing more then Self. Thank Satan for the lesson is what I say!

How will this all play out, I do not know. Only a small few will continue on a different path, as the rest stay and play it out till the end. On a different level of course, the few that do learn; could say 4d, evolving, or if you like returning to the Oneness.

We were Special once and lost our way, some are finding this out. We were meant to Respect All Of Life! Our crime is changing Life to fill our needs, taking and never giving back, and not really being Greatfull to what Life has to Offer us.

Most think that the Soul can never be taken away. Yet some forget it was given to them in the first place. If one wants to talk about Hell, losing your Soul would be Hell! Some would say that you can not lose your Soul that it was your to begin with. Yet every time you take from Life knowing doing this do you not lose a part of it? Where does one find the Light withing their Heart if all you are doing is keeping it to yourself?

Might as well give all your Light away don't you think? How so? It's everlasting anyway! Yet holding it in yourself for yourself the Light becomes dimmer until it is gone!

This is how I Feel it anyway. Hope you do not mind me explaining Quarantine. The Light asked me to do it! Been asking me to do alot of things lately!

Guys some absolutely awesome stuff coming from this thread please keep it up. There is way too much for me to reply too at the moment.

I hope I did not offend people when I said about Earth being Hell. I did not mean it literally, as I know a lot of people are happy here, so apologies.


I am liking the different ways people are coming up for why this place COULD be hell for another life. I had an extra thought this morning on the way to work, but I believe it's going to be very controversial. I really do not want to offend anybody or dis respect anyone who has experienced what I was thinking about, and I want to say it with the entire ATS blessing. It needs to be kept clean and concise otherwise it could get out of hand (IMO). It is in like with this dream scenario, and I cannot stress enough the word DREAM.



I will check back in a while to see if ATS is happy with me saying something I feel will be a raw subject.

i think it is all dependent upon vibration.

So yes you could have 3 people sitting on a bench each experiencing a different reality.

example.

person 1. could have lost their loved one to suicide.
person 2. could have just had the best news ever.
person 3. could be having lunch before going back to work.

the funny thing is they could be vibrating at completely different levels so may not even be able to see each other ..tehe

According to the ancients earth IS the first level of Hell. It still has a little heaven in it so you can still get up out of the muck. Or you can descend to places where it gets more difficult to get out.

For the individual hell is experienced on earth.
Only when it is realized that 'individual' is a concept will heaven be revealed.

All is 'done' on earth as it is in heaven - but when there seems to be someone 'doing' then it feels like hell.

I think the more pertinent questions is why do people perceive it one way or another and what impact then does that effect have on the planetary group mind.

After all you are what you believe.....right?

If you feel separate you will act separate - it will feel as if things are against you.
If you know there is nothing separate - there can be nothing against you. There will be no need to fight and defend - all conflict will cease.

I used to be a christian and am not anymore, but sometimes I wonder if this is hell disguised as something else and then I think the idea isn't any more or less believable than the one I subscribed to when I was a christian. Whether there's a spaghetti monster at the center of our galaxy or jesus christ rose up into the heavens in his ascension, it's all spaghetti and meatballs to me. So now that I've at least put myself on the level of a christian or some other nutball religious believer, why should I believe this might be hell? Well, because it seems we need disaster and pain and suffering to get anything done. Otherwise, without those things, we become complacent and pathless. It's like we come from a place where pain and suffering are sustenance and Earth is just a quick distraction. Evenso, distraction or not, we still require some pain and suffering because it's something we need to survive. It would make perfect sense to me if I was told demons need pain and suffering to survive. So does that all mean we're demons? Well we could be anything that needs pain and suffering, not necessarily divine or supernatural. Maybe our universe is this way. It's bred from violence and suffering. Makes sense because it arose in a big bang.

The universe is peace and war, big bangs and quiet slumber. Being a hellish monster ain't so bad, if you can get past the bumpy ride and acquire the tools you need to get on. If we need these things then perhaps they're not bad anyway. Which leads me to question: If this is hell and we're demons and we need pain and suffering to survive then why do some of us make an issue about it? We should be long past arguing about pain and suffering and be at the stage where we relish it, like a refreshing drink of water. Discomfort shouldn't be something that lingers with us. However, perhaps it's like work. We need work to survive. It generally feels good to work because of the reward and exercise. If you work enough you reach your optimal health and happiness. However, if you let things slide too long then you become out of touch. Maybe some demons don't do what they're supposed to like how some people become too lazy and then they display signs of unhappiness. This then leads to the solution: Do what you're supposed to and pain and suffering will be enjoyable.

Also I'd like to add one other thing and it came from a dream. I was reading a book and there was a creature with me. I was reading a section about prisoners escaping from prison into the wider world. I can't remember if I read it or the creature told me, but I saw that repeated civilizations fell apart when their desire for freedom conflicted with the greater good. So imagine a society has bunches of rules to keep people organized and from stabbing each other in the backs. The people become restless and withdrawn and eventually snap and pull back like a gun and then unleash their fury on the system. The system shatters and civilization crumbles. The people then have established freedom but it has come at the cost of their civilization. Freedom at all costs? The dream implied some amount of loss of freedom to retain our civilization. Of course, it was just a dream. I don't give it supernatural import, notwithstanding the dream was more vivid than normal and I remember it.

Hell it would seem is a name man made up back in the days while sitting next to a fire in a cave with no food! The name caught on!

Really if their was a Hell. It would be Cold, no Light and no other people to talk to! Oh you would have food, yet you would not know what it is your are eating either! And you just might hear voices too, yet no answere.

Now we have different types of Hell, we see them everyday, hear them on the news and read about them. Now just consider what is not said!

Hell is nothing more then what you make it out to be. So your in a hole for 30 days, you could have gotten beaten to death, shot in the head, or...............leave it at that. point I was making is that Hell and the thought of is nothing more than a though.

Change your thoughts and Hell will not be so bad. Its when you make it into something its not it becomes Hell itself!

The System is a prison. Even the Civilization is a prison, it's just a different term for The System.
Anything that divides is a prison.
To civilize is to teach a person or group of people to have more organized way of living?
Lets take education, some schools only accept students with 'super IQ'.
There are even schools created to accept only people with particular religion.

the only freedom is when we all realize that we are one family. No need of division.
How about leadership in this complete freedom? Maybe we need it, maybe we don't.
But if we need it, "the leader" is just like a voluntary work, not as a prison warden.
Whoever take the role also realize they just 'play' their role for the benefit of the one world family.

a few posters mentioned Choice, hence free will. from my viewpoint, which makes logical sense to me, the common notion of free will or choice is some what of an illusion. a few questions need to be considered when referring to free will, choice, or any form of being. This is my theory and of course may have flaws or be entirely wrong. We have no idea, some may (who knows), what lies beyond our senses. More specifically, we can't sense all sound waves or light waves, micro-organisms would still be unknown (or a theory) if it weren't for technology, and so forth. In other words, the main question that I would like to present is "what is the source of choice and our instincts"? Is everything programmed in our physical being or is it a form of multiple energy sources: soul, a divine being(s), or anything for that matter that can be left to our imagination. One day, you may wake up with a brilliant idea. Where did this idea come from? Why did you receive that idea and not me? Why do you have particular thoughts and feelings and not me? Did you design or create your brain or physical composition? Are you who you think you are? Our perceived choices are not entirely our own, maybe? Our perceived choices may be influenced by known and unknown forces or factors? Of course, I can elaborate further, and of course, I may be misunderstood. But, point being, i'm not entirely sold on the idea of our suffering, or any earthly condition, being completely in our control or attributed to our perception of who we are; or basically, that we deserve suffering or good fortunes in a relative sense - maybe, we do. just my opinion or tidbits on the subject.
