My dog talks 'pirate' but I have no suggestions for a cat that sounds like a goat.

well years ago I went to a 'metaphysical tour' in Melbourne and saw Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay etc; anyway, one thing that I kept thinking about was when Deepak asked the question of how do Galahs/Budgies talk when THEY DON'T have vocal chords?

It was a really thought provoking, outside the square stuff.

My cat does this when she sees a bird... It's what cat do to tell their 'pack' that there is a prey... My former cats also did this.. I think it is funny, but it is not special.. I'm sorry..

Yep, that's a cat chatter.
usually when they are frustrated, they do this.
Like when the bird is on the OTHER side of the window

However, the cat in the video here, makes more sound than most I've seen, pretty funny.
