Insurgent cowards

The only Fallujah insurgents who should be allowed to survive are those who have potentially useful information. All others should be immediately slaughtered without mercy. Those with useful information should be utilized, milked for anything useful, and then slaughtered without mercy. That is the nature of warfare.
