Montana man arrested for fishing, states that "natural law" supersedes US courts.

The Constitution is not meant to protect natural rights. Rather, it is meant to use the same rights to the advantage of citizens.

Ironically, the same rights contributed to the formation of capitalism, which in turn used the law to control the populace.

This can be seen in the Fed, which is not a government organization but a private consortium of commercial banks.

The constitution doesnt touch natural rights, we all retain our infinite rights. Its a box of limitations for the government, defining the only areas of our infinite rights that are on the table for the sake of nation. Thats the thing people don't get.

And all laws that violate our freedom and sovereign rights including access to land and the resources of this planet equally, without slavery, without expectations of forced employment, but as our intrinsic rights, IS ILLEGAL UNLAWFUL CRIMINAL LEGISLATION AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER EVER OBEY ANYTHING LIKE THAT FOR THEY ARE ENSLAVING THEIR CHILDREN IF THEY DO.

Absolutely. We are all born as property of the cultures we live within. "Free"? Nah....even if your culture doesn't physically force you to do what the collective wants, it will still use social and economic pressures. Civilization, by its very nature, is fascist, even if it doesn't rise to the heights of Mussolini.

The people who run this civilization you are so attached to identify more with the man in these videos than they do with you.

They consider themselves freemen. There is only one difference between them and this man.

They believe they are free to use you as livestock.

But sure... Stockholm Syndrome yourself into loving being pets, beasts of burden, and pests to the freemen operating at the upper levels of this civilization.

Freemen who are unlike this man who still considers himself bound by the US Constitution and thus what he understands to be the true law of the land. The other version of freemen... consider there to be no law of the land except what they can impose on others to keep them working for them and anyone not capable and willing to fight for their similar freeman status is little more than animals to be utilized.

If they can subvert a government without the population understanding, they believe they are free to do so and if nobody puts up a fight, then those people are no different than other animals in the area that can be "put to use".

This freeman wants to be able to fish for himself and for you to be able to fish for yourself.

Those other freemen want you to fish for them.

This freeman wants to feed himself and family and take no more. People are concerned about him "overfishing".

Those other freemen grant their friends the right to fish areas to exhaustion.

Freemen are very real... you've just accepted the distant rule of one form of freeman while supporting the eradication of another.

A person willing to accept their rule de-facto is given the same "respect" from those freemen as most people give to the animals... because they believe people unwilling and able to stand up for the freemen status ARE mere animals.

The other freeman sees you as a man (woman). Not an animal to be cultivated and guided.

Just like oxen are able to do more complex labor tasks for the ranch than chickens... humans are able to do more complex tasks for the ranch than the oxen.

There are alternative ways for civilization to be than what we're currently putting into practice. There are non-fascistic paths. If you can't see them it's not because they aren't there... but because you've known nothing else.

I think the sole purpose of the Constitution was to restrict the powers of the government. A list of what it is allowed to do, in plain English as opposed to legalese . And the list was very small.....

I think it's the opposite: the purpose is to allow for the creation of a government. And with few regulations the financial elite could eventually take over. Which is what happened.

We should all call our representatives every time we are about to eat and ask if it is ok. Wouldn't want to accidentally take the government's food.

Certainly is epic and I tip my hat to this man who knows how things are supposed to be, puts a lot of people to shame who bend over and submit so quickly.

Teach a man to fish, and he spends the day in court.

Here's a thought. Suppose we hire someone to clean up the candy wrappers and cigarette butts and fishing line and fish guts that the sloppy fishermen will leave behind . And let's pay these guys to clean up with I don't know let's call them fees that we can collect from the fishermen themselves in the form of a fishing license. In some places we could even stock the rivers and lakes just to give everyone a sporting chance. That is until a bunch of folks decide that they are not in fact fishing per say, they are foraging for food. They equate fishing with dumpster diving.

Mountain Man Back in Jail, Supporters Want to Arrest Judge

When we left off he was awaiting a sentencing and received a $1500 fine. All of this, you may recall, surrounded Ernie attempting to catch a fish and eat without having a fishing licence and a charge of resisting arrest.

The escalation continues as the court system will not concede. Tertelgte was rushed through another trial on January 27 without his many supporters allowed presence. When they were finally allowed in he was being hauled away again for contempt of court - for not removing his well-recognized three-corner hat.

This time his friends want more justice.

4 things:

- No video of his 3rd speech b/c judge banned recordings
- All of this escalation stems from a fishing license, refusal to give name and then a hat...hmmm
- Reporters are calling his friends an unorganized militia - is that really so? (whole thing sounds like a smear job)
= Why is a citizens arrest an illegal threat but not when police search, shoot, kill dogs, bust in the door, grope etc...
