Focus on the things that makes you feel disappointed. Think to yourself, "I am a being of Love and I Forgive this". The next time you feel anger or
disappointment towards life, self, and others, remind yourself that you have already forgiven and let it go.
The mind gets addicted to fighting against something.
Evaporate the anger, sadness, fear, say "I Forgive ".
The Forgiveness is not to say you are superior to others or life but to help YOU release heavy energy of stress you may be holding on to.
