Focus on the things that makes you feel disappointed. Think to yourself, "I am a being of Love and I Forgive this". The next time you feel anger or disappointment towards life, self, and others, remind yourself that you have already forgiven and let it go.

The mind gets addicted to fighting against something.

Evaporate the anger, sadness, fear, say "I Forgive ".

The Forgiveness is not to say you are superior to others or life but to help YOU release heavy energy of stress you may be holding on to.

Love Forgivenesa then you can cope and be happy to overcome any disappointments in life with forgiveness

You are a being of love? Did you decide not to sell your soul to Satan then?

Good choice

its also important to seek a path to change disappointment and find a positive outcome.

but you are spot on. the brain builds itself new connections with every thought, like with any skill. and compassion and changing your mindset is a skill we can strengthen with practice.

as hard as it might appear, no one builds a muscle by lifting a weight and going "this is too hard" and giving up. the more we forgive and decide to find positives the easier it becomes.

it is liberating letting go of things that only we struggle with.

This is an excellent message, and one I wish more people would take in and practice!

Holding on to anger and the want of getting back at someone really only destroys the one attached to it. Forgiveness is not an easy thing, not at first, but it's such a peaceful feeling once you can learn to let your resentment go and focus your attention elsewhere. Not to mention rekindling a broken relationship that might have been lost forever!

Forgiveness and forgiveness with reconciliation and restoration are fundamentally different. Apples and oranges.

You speak as if one were bad and the other good.

That's not how I mean it. I've just been fortunate enough to be blessed with a forgiving nature in a family that is just as forgiving, who believe life is too short to hold a grudge.
