Dumb Starbucks joke

Just heard this on the news.
Starbucks recently lost their lawsuit against Black Bear micro roasters. Black Bear named a coffee
"Charbucks" because it was heavily roasted. Starbucks said the name was an infringement on
their trademarked "Starbucks" name.

The judge threw the case out, saying Starbucks had insufficient 'grounds'.

Starbuck should now sue Battlestar Galactica.
